Early Years Foundation Stage Practitioner
Overview
St Catherine’s is an outstanding, warm and friendly Barnet primary and nursery school with a strong caring ethos. We are looking to recruit a talented individual for this position within our nursery starting as soon as possible.
The hours for this role are from 08.15 to 15.45 Monday to Friday (35 hours per week), term time only.
Salary range £32,070 to £33,012 FTE, according to experience (Barnet Unified Reward Grade D) (Actual range £27,424 to £28,230)
The Role
We are looking for an inspirational Early Years Foundation Stage Practitioner to join our team. This is a one-year post initially but with a view to becoming permanent. We are keen to hear from candidates with nursery experience. The ideal candidate:
- Will provide first class care for our children
- Ensures they are up to date with outstanding practice
- Has a passion for EYFS and strives to be outstanding in all areas
- Has an understanding of the early development of children
- Has high expectations of children
- Will challenge and motivate children
- Has good organisational skills
